Knocked out

We spent the morning watching the heats of the World Surf League's championship on Fistral Beach.  You can probably tell from the body language that blue and red got through but white was eliminated.  It was grey, breezy and threatening to rain, but never did.  The surfing was very tricky as the tide went down and the wind blew the tops off the waves, but I guess that's what it's all about.

In the extra, the little girl sitting in front of me was much more interested in her flock of starlings.
