1st Sister

of the 7 Sisters.... glimpses from Cuckmere Haven this afternoon. We went to an art exhibition at the visitor centre and then enjoyed a blustery walk. 
Otherwise pilates, this morning, long Skype with a friend in Australia, supermarket shop, yoga.
