ironing. Back to the land of street cycling. It's been humid. Went to the market for fresh fruit and veg. I always miss vegetables and fruit when I'm away from home. 

My sister in law has been badly bitten by patriarchial power structures. I think she is better off out of it but the situation will leave a bitter feeling.
