In The Distance...*

... is Glastonbury Tor , of course, with Wearyall Hill to the right. The farmers have been making the most of the weather down here too. Cycled out to the bird reserve at Sharpham this morning; lots of interest in some Little Bitterns apparently nesting in the area, but no sightings while I was there.

Took lots of photos while I was there, including a rather blurred one of two egrets chasing each other in flight, but preferred this one taken on the way back.

On the subject of birds, might well have used this shot yesterday, if Elvis hadn't made an appearance. Can anyone confirm whether they are house martins or swallows?
