Catch of the day

Today Grandson Ollie took me fishing.  To be precise ‘Carp Fishing’ at ‘Lovells Carp Lakes’.  I haven’t fished for over thirty years, and carp have never interested me, but I did have a great day.  Would I go again – I may even buy a new rod and tackle.
 
In spite of Ollies best efforts I did not catch anything.  My idea of a good afternoon’s fishing is if you get too many bites then leave the bait off, and if that doesn’t work take the hook off as well . . .  !!

Blipping in the wee small hours as all I did when I got home was sleep (and eat).
