Jazz on a summer's evening

Spend most of the day in and around the pool, with Matt rustling up a tongue-tingling lunch of linguine, aglio olio e peperoncino and the salami piccante from the market.

In the evening we visit Bolgheri, a little hillside village nearby. Have a great meal, then wander round the square eating gelati to the sounds of live jazz coming from a bar.
