An Astonishing Day

It was quite an astonishing day, woke up early and had a nice breakfast then I put on the telly and England were coasting to an ashes first test win. It then all started to go wrong and at lunch Australia were only needing twenty runs for victory but thanks to James Anderson's brilliant bowling, the last wicket of Australia fell with 14 runs still needed. Edge of the seat stuff indeed.

I went our grocery shopping with Hayley in the afternoon and had got myself a nice juicy sirloin steak. Euan asked if he could make it for me so I told him medium and he cooked it to perfection.

I even blipped it as I took a rest halfway through eating it, I was that impressed. Just an astonishing day.
