under the spotlight

This is Morecambe on what was forecast to be a sunny day. It's not a black and white photo.

The sky was grey, it was cold and I had gone in a t-shirt. These bird sculptures are just a few of the many that are along the prom and jetty. They are on everything from bollards to railings and I think even one on a substation roof.

So, it was more of a cafe and shops day rather than a walk on the prom and picnic  one. The sun was shining when we got home, just as it was when we left.
