Work emergency blip.2
The day was not overly busy but there were no good blipportunities either so am delving into my recent pics again*
Youngest had spent most of the afternoon at my parents, walking Shadow with Peggy & her Grandma around (not that) Hyde Park before heading home just before I got back from work.
Mum had made a veggie Chilli and brought a portion around to save me cooking which was really nice of her, so the only chores I had to do were to empty the dishwasher and bring the washing in off the line.
Youngest sat with me for an hour and we took a Cessna up in the air on FlightSim, flying the Cumbria coastline from the Solway Firth all the way down to Walney Island above Morecambe Bay. The flight began with a distant view of Scotland, continued with the Isle Of Man and ended with Snowdonia on the horizon.
Then I had a video natter with Ms.Arell where we mused that it was already a fortnight ago that we had arrived in the Lakes for our mini-Hol and she reminded me that the following day would see us motorcycling over two beautiful Passes, spending a while at Buttermere and later taking a stroll around Keswick ( * signpost in main blip ) On the vague mountain theme, while we chatted, youngest played 'GoatSim' on the XBox...and no please don't ask because your Gal has no answers ;-D
Before bed I popped another load of washing in the machine before settling into a deep Zzzzzzzzzzzz...
