Salmon and avocado sushi with herb condiment

It's currently 29 degrees outside, so getting back to the air-conditioning was a relief.

I had a Dyson Cool Tower Fan delivered yesterday for the bedroom. My old fan is noisy and not very energy efficient. The Dyson is much quieter and delivers more cool air. Better for me, better for the planet.
