Hatched

I was beginning to wonder whether our nesting pigeons were not going to hatch any chicks.  Highly delighted this afternoon to notice two little grey, hairy heads poking up along with an adult bird.  They must have been hatched a while and just hidden within the sticks and foliage; it will be interesting to observe their progress.

I know there are too many pigeons overall but these are rather sweet and they deserve a chance.  Hard to get an image of them as they are obscured by the wisteria!
