Shore Life

Qi Gong class with Catriona this morning, then Geordie and I set off for our walk.
Drove along to the lay-by at Ardross, parked and walked down under the old railway bridge. When we reached the coastal path and the shore we usually turn right, but today we set off to the left towards Newark Castle and went down onto the beach. Geordie got his trailing lead on so he had freedom to explore and do Zoomies, while I went off to hunt for colourful seaweed, kelp etc. for some reason it’s a particularly good bit of shore to find a good variety.
Did some tidying and dead-heading in the afternoon, picked tomatoes and rhubarb, and watered the pots on the patio.
Read a bit and watched the last of The Olympics.
