Cheeky Hermes

It's been a busy / easy day tonight.  I started off heading to the circuit class in the next village to get some exercise in, then the rest of the morning was on the sofa watching the women's boulder and lead finals.  Janja looked like she picked up an injury which made it more exciting, and the British lass came from nowhere to do an really stonking performance.  The medals were all well deserved, but I was sad that Ai didn't do better on the bouldering. 

After lunch, dad popped in on his way home for a cuppa and a teacake before setting off back to Yorkshire, lovely to see him for a bit.  Then me and P headed into town as he'd booked us in for a massage for my birthday.  En route I noticed the Hermes statue whose cheeks had been decorated for pride, so that's the blip.

We had a bit of a wait for our table that was booked at a new taco place, so headed to Mono for a drink where a guy shared our table for a few minutes with his Shwarma.  Before before told politely by the staff that he couldn't eat it there, we had a chat and a laugh at his mate who couldn't find where he was now he was sharing a table... Good times.
