Notes: Didn't sleep well at all as Spatz kept waking me up jumping and down from different parts of the bed and near by head. He also was making noise with other things and then heard him jump up on the dresser. Despite feeling so tired and achy, headed out for a steamy jog and did loosen up a bit. Cold shower off and then Ellen picked me up right after and we headed to Pass-A-Grille to walk the beach - manifested much sea glass and I even found a coveted light blue one! Also 2 (shark) eyes and a bracelet with 2 hearts! We didn't get back until about 11a, I was wiped. Another shower and then crawled back in bed - couldn't fall right asleep so got a LL meditation and healing and that did the trick. Slept till after 1p. Had a headache when I woke that lingered thru the rest of the day ... Late late coffee around 230p and then chatted w/ Grace on FB messenger (she's in WA) off and on for a couple hrs. Made eggs and a pan of beef bacon after that and paired with an egg pancake - all very good. Still continued snacking after like I've gotten in the bad habit of. Broncos pre-season were on tv and playing in Indy, had on but wasn't really watching until off the computer - looked like a good game and they won tho it was close! Quiet evening of head still hurting, just watched Netflix.
