Brambles.

I usually make jam (or jelly) during the summer holidays, but these brambles are always the first to ripen, so we usually just eat them. (Quite often, O&A will just pick them off the bush when walking past). They look like they have at least another couple of weeks to go before they ripen.

I think the birds might have them.....
