Opillio canestrinii

Did a quick house & garden tidy whilst A walked M&W this morning. I have D at home as he’s limping continuously so need to rest him. D&S coming for lunch.
Saw 2 of these critters on my fig tree. It’s been plagued by little green caterpillars & lots of fine webs filled with little black dots. I read up on the spiders (they’re not native to the UK) but don’t know what is laying the caterpillars. I don’t want any more damaged leaves so I’m removing whatever I can find.
