Vegan fifteens

Realised that this photo has posted to the wrong day.  Not sure if i can amend the other entry now.  


Wanted to take up something to contribute to my niece's get together at the weekend.  We'll get to meet both of the little great nephews. 
Having found vegan condensed milk alternative, I had a set of vegan ingredients for the no bake treat that we had in northern Ireland on holiday.  The condensed alternative was solid when I opened it.  I tried putting it in hot water to try and loosen it up a bit. That did work to a degree and I was able to mix everything together and shape it into a sausage. We'll see what it tastes like on Saturday
