Which is it?

Frog or toad?

Up in time to swim at seven am. Missing the Olympics on TV I sat and I ate leftover curry and garlic naan for breakfast. We walked at Roundhay, again our raincoats were required as a short thundery shower fell. When the clouds briefly broke the sun was hot and the air became steamy.

The frog/toad walked/hopped across our path as we walked ALL the way round Waterloo Lake. The first time since my ankle accident, it’s no distance really but the path can be very busy and uneven under foot.

Oh I wished I’d looked after my feet!
