Memories

This is the theme for today's Mono Monday hosted by 60plus.  As I grow older, but not wiser, I have many memories, a lot of which I've forgotten. But I do remember The Beatles and this photo poster of John Lennon, taken in 1960, has been hanging in our kitchen for quite a while.  Unfortunately the cord gave way and it fell off the wall. Luckily the poster, or frame, was not damaged and we just need to rehang it when we have some strong enough cord.

In other news: it's been the hottest day of the year but we did manage to get out to Cafe Afloat for a coffee.

ps: in the sixties I did actually prefer The Rolling Stones to The Beatles!
