Drought???

The top picture was taken this evening from the little wooden platform shown in the bottom picture which was taken in mid April.
Both images show the River Coiltie at Drumnadrochit which has now stopped flowing and any water is just sitting in pools with dry river bed in between.
I've never seen it this low in the 6 years I've lived here and whether it is a coincidence or not, we lost our water supply for 6 hours on Saturday!
Should we be worried?
