MonoMonday - MM551 - Memory

Thought I was bug free & went for a wee trip to Lauriston Castle grounds. Treated myself to coffee & cake from Mimi's.

Something I had eaten at breakfast or lunch triggered my IBS again, just as I found a seat in the shade to enjoy my treat! Not feeling hungry tonight but had a bowl of porridge & a cuppa of black tea. Hope it settles sooooon!

I've checked for food product recalls but to no avail so must just be the bug not yet fully away.

This is the Forget-me-not Memory Garden which is the old Gardener's Cottage Garden all done up for easy access. Has small groups of folk with Dementia & Carers Groups.

Currently the Old Gardener's Cottage is being refurbished. It will be interesting to see it once completed.

I used to dream of this cottage & garden as my home.

Many memories as walking round the grounds of Lauriston Castle.
