A post story

Had a physio follow-up this morning. Apparently the xray does not show what the lump is on my knee so it needs further investigation, ie a scan. She manipulated the lump quite a bit and it's a bit painful now but I am sure it will ease off. Didn't stop me going for three walks.
I had a bit of  a walk in Sherdley Park after the appointment and noted that the new (underwhelming) skate park now has water features - the rain overnight has left a number of pools of water on it.
I checked on 2 of my geocaches while in the park - both OK.
After that I set off home but called in for a very short walk at the Steve Prescott Memorial Garden. It could do with a bit of TLC but it's still nice.
Went home and did a bit of weeding in the back garden but not a lot as it was baking hot.
After lunch I noticed I had an email about one of my adventure lab caches. A French tourist had logged that they could not find the answer to the stage I named "Junction". Lab caches have a question to answer at each of the stages (5 in my Clock Face Country Park one) and you have to get the question right to get a find on the stage.
This stage was a question about the out of use gate post that's at the listed coordinates. "What redundant item can you see? 4 letters" The answer being POST. It isn't something you can miss as it's the only thing at the coords and junction of 4 paths. It's not small either as you can see from my shoulder bag which I hung on there to give an idea of size.
I set off to go and check on it, thinking it must be hidden by overgrowth of vegetation or it has been removed - but no, it was there and plain to see!
Extra photo shows the junction of paths and as you can see there is nothing else there that could be the answer! I emailed the cacher and told him the answer before I went to check it, which meant he could log the find, but then I emailed him to show him it was there and he said he never saw it!
Ah well, maybe it was dull or dark when he was there!
Anyway, it was a nice walk in one of my favourite places to wander.
