'Copter on the Beach

It's been a warm one today and I left it until the evening to go out to Teignmouth for a walkabout. I'd taken a few shots and was on my way back to the car when The air ambulance came over, did a couple of circuits and landed on the beach. It soon took off again. I think it must have been a practice because I'd have expected it to whizz off to Exeter or Plymouth at high speed instead of doing a lazy turn over the town. it was nice bit of excitement for us all.
