See any sand?

Another out early morning, before the heat set in. Took the just after 9:30 bus to Boscombe. Warm but not uncomfortable, with pleasant breeze again.

Wandered into Aldi, Lidl and the Polish shop. Came back with 2 bags full.

Back home and finished my tax return - must be a record to submit this early. One more to do, perhaps tomorrow.

Parking outside diabolical. As per every hot summer's day, cars parked anywhere and everywhere. No room for pedestrians or mobility scooters on one side of the road as cars park on the pavement. Parking enforcement offices fined most of them late afternoon - yesterday they got off Scot-free (saving £15 or so on the legal parking fee).

Getting cooler now. Windows will be wide open tonight.
