With temperatures in the low 30’s it was definitely a day to get jobs done early in the morning. I made the mistake of putting towels out to dry not realising we were due thunder and heavy rain, good job hubby was on hand to dash out and get the washing in.
I really wanted to get on with my big cross stitch sampler today but it’s not a good idea with sweaty hands!! So dot-to-dot it was, sitting in a shaded part of the garden!! I bought two dot-to-dot books many years ago not realising how long it takes to do a picture with 700 plus dots.
