Binding
A hot day, which didn't cool as rapidly as on previous evenings. I left any thoughts of photography for the evening walk with our springer and had two potential targets, the field of straw which had been partly baled yesterday and some hedge bindweed growing over some old, rotting bales. The field had been cleared, of course, so it was down to the second option. S was complaining about the heat so P took him home and I continued the walk. The setting sun was casting a hazy orange glow which was picked up by the straw in places so, despite the fact that by that time the bindweed flowers had closed up for the night, it seemed worth an attempt to capture.
