Wild Doves

Went shopping today and in Rothwell there is a large colony of doves, A lady had just put seed down for them so I took a few quick pics, when suddenly there was an almighty bang and all the doves flew up and the ones on the roof followed them I thought the wall was coming down till I realised it was a crack of thunder. and that was the only thunder we had all day. with about 5 mins of light rain.

It has been very humid too. I didn't do much this afternoon as all that shopping tires me out.
