My foot felt a lot better today but I was due to go for a chest X ray following the referral last week, so finished work early to do that and then go on to the DLC for gym & swim. The X ray process was slow as the computers were down, but it was ok. Did some exercise not involving my foot at the gym, and it was good to have a swim at the end of the hot day. Tomorrow we will hopefully be able to finish decorating the bedroom we have started, as the carpet is due to be laid very soon. Blip is of hospital X ray waiting area.
