Mum and me

MK this morning and was disappointed to see that Lakeland is closing down.

It’s hot out there so we’ve been holed up inside this afternoon.  The windows will be thrown open when it’s cooled down this evening.

Hedgehog keeps coming in for food but hasn’t worked out that when it wants a drink it’s best not to stand in the tray and tip all the water out.

Mum and I didn’t have the easiest of relationships when I was growing up, six of one and half a dozen of the other I think, but we made up for it in later  years.  We obviously had some good times together when I was young, as this photograph testifies.
