There's another image in Extras of Missy on the bridge, looking 45 metres down to the Arrow River. We went for a walk along there this afternoon.

I went to yoga at my daughter’s this morning. Apart from not being able to use my left wrist/hand for support in some movements everything else was fine. What a relief.

It’s been a beautiful day, with hints of Spring. Bulbs are popping through!
