Small Feelings

I’ve decided I really like the Randwick Ritz, the Art Deco cinema up the hill from Coogee. Today it was Le Samouraï (France, 1967) with only five of us in cinema 6, three after the elderly couple left during the opening credits.

The stack of pamphlets are for a John Cassavetes’ retrospective, showing until Dec.

It was pleasing to see the place filling up with young people as I left.
