Past life

In a previous lifetime I was a cartographer (pre kids, in the period post etching in reverse on copper printing plates and the start of digital mapping)....and the love of maps has stuck, especially historic ones. These days I get my fix (courtesy a work subscription) online from the Ordnance Survey. It's another grey day....so a bit of local history research today for me I think!

ps....even though I could probably still draw one if I tried really, really hard, I still can't read them......no sense of direction!
