Fairies in the wood

This morning I went for a walk around Ellesmere - along the canal, through the wood and past the Mere.  

Fizzgigs, the community arts group have made and installed large fairies in the wood plus small ones made by the community. They're there for thesummer holidays.

I did a recce in order to take I to see them but unfortunately a lot of them have been removed for repair after being vandalised so I'll wait until they're hopefully returned.

It's so sad when the few spoil things for the many.

My blip is one of the surviving fairies.
