The United States has 15.28 CCTV cameras every 100 individuals, followed by China with 14.36 and the United Kingdom with 7.5.
That's a pretty shocking statistic, and makes a mockery of the fact that you are 'free to roam, in a free country'. Only if you get on your bike, and head for the highlands. Even there, the luxury hotels probably pick you up as you roll by. 
I'm working on a device, powered by my ebike battery, to 'scramble' the signals. Before you send help, I'm not, not really.
