Squash

I threw a few more plant pot holders with large lumps of clay today at pottery class. This one didn’t make the cut, so instead I sliced it in half as it’s useful to see what the wall thicknesses are like - it’s very hard to know for sure from the outside. This one was ok but there’s more in the corners that I could have lifted up. Good to see anyway - my throwing is definitely much better than it used to be.

A hot day today so apart from a trip to the supermarket, we stayed indoors watching the last day of the Olympic track cycling. I shall miss it.
