St. Mary's Tower

An early start to the day, being on the road shortly after 7am so I could get to Nottingham in time for a 9am lesson, then after teaching a full day back home to Warwick for 7.30pm.

After a short recovery break, Vicky and I were back on the road to use a local laundrette - our brand new washing machine broke down and we are awaiting a replacement.

After feasting on Maccies whilst our washing was drying, we took a slight detour through Warwick Town, where I pulled up to take this shot - the building behind is St. Mary's Tower.

It's strange to be back here, but in a good way. Warwick is where our journey to Christ began, with a perfectly timed leaflet being popped through our door one evening which read on the front something along the lines of "There must be more to life?"

And yes...there really is!

Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Philippians 2:9-11 ESV
