Clam chowder

Finally nailed it! (But I forgot to add oyster crackers) I love the fall colors and It always seems like a good time of year to make soups and stews. I took a shot at making clam chowder tonight which I always seem to struggle at to get the right flavor but tonight I nailed it and made sure I wrote everything down. I have this week off and wll probably try a couple other soup and stew recipies but for tonight the dishes are done and I think it will be early to bed.
