Dehydrated Tamarillos

I had a lovely dinnner at my daughter’s place tonight. A lovely meal. She then let me taste the Tamarillos she had dehydrated yesterday. They were crisp, tasty, just lovely. I think she will do lots more. A real taste explosion!!! I love tamarillos, but these were next step up.
