Yay!

Sue came not long after 10am to take Rufus and me to the veterinary clinic in Altinkum for another checkup on the woofer's tail. Alper the vet gave an antibiotics injection, pain killer injection and announced that we don't have to go again - my boy's tail is on the mend and should be fine. No operation needed. Yay.  

At 1.30 Rufus and I walked to Pasa restaurant on the seafront to meet Nicky and Rachael for a leisurely lunch and long long catch up after a whole year ...  and a couple of hours later we went back to the villa where we all had a swim.  Some time after that Jason and Luke joined us, and after Luke had been to the supermarket for some beers, we five, well six if you include Rufus, sat on the patio chatting and laughing and/or  in the pool until around 22.30 ish give or take. 

What a great day. Rufus is going to be ok and I had friends here for a fun  afternoon and evening of merriment, conversation and pool time.
