Health check day

It’s the time of year for the annual health check. It seems to get more thorough each year- that’s aging I guess. I was there for over 5 hours!

Whilst the report won’t arrive for a few weeks, I don’t need that to tell me I need to make some adjustments to my eating habits ;)
