Travelling to Canterbury by train I spotted this seagull on the roof of Ashford Station. She was doing her very best to outrun an overgrown chick who was being more needy than independent and she was having none of it. A fellow traveller wanted to know what was going on with the seagulls (she had assumed it was unwanted sexual advances) and so we chatted about that and everything else on what remained of our journey. It appears she's at University of Kent at Canterbury and her name is Winsome Monica Minott and we got along together famously.
