Friend or foe!?

A mad dash this morning, although I was awake before 3am.

I was a little late for the team meeting / training, but luckily the trainer was even later.

After catching up on some admin, I ventured out for my lunchtime walk (a poor substitute for a run!). My walking partner, Noelle, was under the weather so I walked alone.

These guys caught me off guard; they weren’t there on Monday! I couldn’t decide whether they looked friendly or not. The clouds didn’t look too friendly, but they spared us the worst!

Another mad dash at the end of the day, but everyone is healthy and happy.
