Getting up early(-ish) on a morning like this to go for a swim is no hardship. I really enjoyed it and was pleased *not* to feel tired afterwards.

I then did some gardening, taking care to cover myself up in the sunshine as increased sensitivity to light is one of the potential side effects of doxycycline. Great timing on my part !  However the good news is that my rash is starting to go away. 

 This afternoon I attended an on-line training session on Safeguarding, part of my training to become a mentor for Grandmentors . It was a useful session which gave  much to think about.
