An evening swim!

As instructed both by the physio and my fiancé I went for a swim again this evening! I must admit I quite enjoyed it, but don't tell either of them I said that!! The swimming does alleviate the pain a little, so I think it will become the activity of choice! I must say though I remember the good old days not so long ago where swimming was a lot cheaper than £4.10 a swim!!! Never mind eh, times change!
