Pom-pom

I popped out into the garden for a late blip and the only flower still in the sun was this tall pom-pom dahlia. I have two of these plants and they have excelled this year so next year I will get a deep burgundy one to go in between them. They are in a raised bed so I don't overwinter them and they seem to do just fine. 
I planted more of the verbena and the honesty seedlings today....fingers crossed.
