A universal tic

I know graffiti is everywhere and has been since humanity existed.
But - what is the point? It’s mostly people shouting into the wilderness.
It’s more crap - like the latest obsession with tattoos. No one is impressed.
Anyway, we are in Poggibonsi. Another place we came to cos I liked the name.
