Vegan

Not just vegetarian but vegan. I went out for dinner with two online friends that live in Utrecht where I work. One of them is vegan so we went to a vegan restaurant. I had a delicious meal. With a delicious drink. Some kind of sparkling water with apple juice. A German drink apparently.

One of these friends lives close to my Wednesday place of work. I sometimes see her when she comes by to collect her books. The other one lives close to my Monday/  Tuesday place of work.
