Calm

I did actually manage to sleep last night and my aches were much better this morning. 

No swim of course, no point in us in pushing it. It was lovely to spend a day on my own with minimal external mental stimulation.

The sun shone so after breakfast and hanging out my washing I took the other laundry back to Niddrie and dropped some donations off at the BHF and bought a couple of things too.

Home, I did prep for tomorrow's meeting before lunch and then sat in the garden listening to 'Life Lines', talking to S on the phone and reading Ella Christie. That took me till after 6. I had a no cook dinner and I'll have an early night. Long day tomorrow.
