Pretty intimidating

These contradictions always remind me of this encounter (Lordy, eleven years ago!) and never to take things at face value.

I promised myself I wouldn't do any physical work today, other than cycle some more rubbish to the dump, but I failed. There was quite a lot of concrete to scrape off things before it set too hard and that required a bit of earth moving. I'll try again tomorrow.
