Codgers

And our Anniversary to celebrate too! 
Earlier we had the wee minky but she wasn’t quite herself. Lethargic, even although it was a beautiful day and we’d taken her to see a children’s show starring a platypus puppet! She slumped in her chair and didn’t cheer or shout out. We headed back home on the bus but her mum, concerned (and perhaps not too busy with her admin tasks..)  met us and sped her homeward. Too many late nights may be the explanation .. or else she’s coming down with something. Maybe she’s bored with Grandad! 
Anyway we were soon off again, up to the Book Festival to see Mark Cousins talk about film with Hannah Gill. What an engaging and clever chap he is. Then a pint in the courtyard in the sun. 
I’d a couple of hours to kill so took in Radical at the Cameo. It was OK. Then to the Diggery Dogs to meet the old boys. McC and MrT were there when I arrived, soon joined by Rog, AJ and MrW. And after those three headed for their homes we had another wee whisky..
